Things to know

  • The purpose of the project is to restore the invert for municipal use and to enhance whitewater recreation while removing the hazardous conditions that currently exist.
  • The park is estimated to cost one of two options; inflatable bladder structures: $625,600, precast structures: $371,600.
  • A FAQ about the project has been created here.
  • In May of 2010, Riverrestoration.org prepared the Preliminary Design Report.
